Update 116

This update marks the beginning of our adventures with Piper, starting with a trip out to the Mass Fusion Building in search of the Strength Bobblehead. There's some relationship drama on the computers and a Gunner commander in power armor at the top, but otherwise it's a regular day at the office. Once we're done there's a settlement in need of help and then we're off to the Warwick area to prep for our next Bobblehead hunt.
